$0.00 out-of-pocket member cost.
This coverage is provided at no additional charge to all
CCPOA
members, because the Association has paid for it through collective
bargaining.

What Is It?
As an Active CCPOA member, you are automatically entitled to a $50,000 group life insurance benefit and an automatic $10,000 life insurance benefit for your spouse.
There is no underwriting or premium because the Association has paid for it through collective bargaining.
There is also a $20,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit as part of the the CCPOA member coverage (does not apply to spouse benefit.)

Rank and File, Supervisor: Enrollment is automatic.
Retired Members: Join the Retired Chapter within 90 days of retirement to get this benefit*
