Premier Legal Plan
The Premier Legal Plan offers many key benefits in addition to the Basic Legal Defense Fund. This supplemental Legal Defense Fund Plan will provide legal protection for your on-the-job needs. The Basic Legal Defense Fund Plan will cover your personal legal issues, such as divorce, child custody and estate planning.
Additional personal and family legal plan benefits for all CCPOA members enrolled in the Premier Legal Plan include:
- Transfer deed for Covered Person's property from its current form of title into Community Property, pursuant to
- California Civil Code 682
- Advance Health Care Directive
- Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management and Nomination of Conservator
- Durable Powers of Attorney for Personal Care
- Will with Children's Trust (member and spouse)
- Trust - revocable trust; A/B (marital trust, small money trust, or single individual trust) - additional charge;
- Two Advance Health Care Directives (additional charge)
- Two Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Management, or Pour-over Wills (additional charge)
- Bill of Sale
