The Trust offers a voluntary legal program for retirees and their families. The program is separate from the program offered active CCPOA members and contains no LDF benefit (for on-the-job coverage).

The Retiree Legal Plan provides unlimited telephone advice on a wide variety of legal matters, letters and phone calls, federal tax hotline, will preparation, identity theft, consumer credit, homestead benefit, agency referrals.

Reduced fee services include: Revocable Living Trust Package – just $250, additional single party wills, durable power of attorney for health care, patents. Reduced rates for most complicated legal matters is $85 per hour or 25% off attorney’s usual fee.

Premium – just 13.99 per month for the CCPOA Family Legal Plan and $32.00 per month for the business protector plan.
