CCPOA Medical Plan
As a retiree member of CCPOA, if you reside in a covered zip code, you are eligible to apply
for the CCPOA Medical Plan during the annual Open Enrollment period. The Open Enrollment period
2009 is September 15 - October 10.
Information on the CCPOA Medical Plan
Medicare Supplement:
The CCPOA Medical Plan is available to active CCPOA members. There is also a separate supplement
to Medicare program. You must be enrolled in both Medicare A and B to be eligible for the CCPOA
Medical Plan Supplement.
As of January 1, 2006, the CCPOA Medical Plan is provided by Blue Shield of California.
