The Premier Legal Plan boosts many benefits in addition to the Basic Legal Defense Fund. This supplemental Legal Defense Fund Plan can provide additional legal coverage for your on-the-job needs. The Basic Legal Defense Fund Plan can cover your personal legal issues, such as divorce, child custody and estate planning.

• Transfer deed for Covered Person's property from its current form of title into Community Property, pursuant to

• Advance Health Care Directive
• Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management and Nomination of Conservator
• Durable Powers of Attorney for Personal Care
