Enrolling in the supplemental "Piggyback" Dental/Vision/Hearing Program. Piggyback is a voluntary program for CCPOA members. It helps to offset the out-of-pocket expenses you may have when you use your dental, vision and hearing aid benefits.
The vision care portion of this program provides reimbursement of the deductible and excess frame charges required by your Vision Service Plan and is a supplement to your state-paid primary vision plan. For vision program claims, you must submit itemized statement from your vision provider to the Trust within 12 months from the date of service.
Additionally, the hearing aid program is designed to reimburse you for a portion of the charges for a hearing exam and hearing aid on a fee-for-service basis.
Your Dental/Vision/Hearing programs were already good, but when you enroll in the "Piggyback" program they become even better. You save even more.
